Program Overview

This program is a 40 hour per week time commitment, and depending on the specific crew a participant joins, may also require overnight travel.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Background check
- requires high school diploma or equivalency
- requires authorization to work
Willingness to work outdoors, performing manual labor with tools in all weather conditions. While a background check is required, we encourage young people with justice system involvement to apply to our program. Talk with our recruiting staff for details
