Program Overview
Trainees receive paid, on-the-job training while developing skills in residential construction, including roofing, framing, carpentry, weather proofing and more. Trainees also receive industry credentials along the way.

- The first 3 months trainees get trained in the warehouse. Afterwards, trainees work job sites focusing on a specific modules, such as framing, weather proofing, and cabinetry.

- Trainees receive a pay raise after each module is completed.

- Trainees will earn OSHA 10 & 30 certification, Forklift certification, and HBI Certifications
